The Four Seasons Private Residences at 30 Park Place, located in the heart of Tribeca, is a stunning masterpiece designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern. Nestled within this iconic building is a sophisticated duplex residence composed of two spacious bedrooms and an elegant office, where we had the privilege of creating a harmonious interior that complements the architectural brilliance of Stern’s design.

CRAFTSMANSHIP & REFINEMENT

To honor the timeless aesthetic of the residence, we infused the space with a carefully curated selection of traditional furniture and decor. The craftsmanship is at the forefront, with key pieces featuring black iron, bronze, marble, and fluted wood, all chosen to enhance the luxurious yet warm atmosphere. The design seamlessly integrates with the residence’s finishes, including solid oak wood flooring in classic herringbone patterns, which add to the sense of craftsmanship and refinement.

VINTAGE PIECES

In a nod to the grandeur of the architecture, we balanced tradition with a modern touch by incorporating vintage pieces from the frenchCALIFORNIA collection, available on 1stDibs. These pieces lend a sense of history and texture, creating a layered and lived-in feel throughout the space.

NEW YORK AT THE FOREFRONT

The breathtaking views of New York City take center stage, so we deliberately kept the furniture low and understated, allowing the expansive windows to do the talking. The color palette is soft and neutral, punctuated by accent walls that introduce a touch of drama without overwhelming the serene atmosphere.
